GENERAL INFORMATION - Please read. Pricing and timelines are listed below

PROOFS/DEPOSITS

  • Once all proofs are approved, deposits go toward the final total. If a customer decides not to continue with the order after seeing a proof, the deposit is nonrefundable, and the design is not released.

  • A nonrefundable $45 deposit is required for custom PARTY INVITATION orders.

  • A 50% deposit is required for all wedding suite orders.

  • If any order does not reach completion by the customer, a minimum design fee of $45 (unless otherwise indicated due to more or less hours of work) will be charged for any work done by Lauren Sibley Brasseaux. 

SCHEDULING/RUSH ORDERS

  • PARTY INVITATION (and any other print that is not wedding) ORDERS

    • All party invitation orders, must be placed at least 3-4 weeks before the date needed, or a minimum rush fee of $50 will be charged.

    • Standard production for party invitation orders, take a minimum of 3 weeks after all approvals.

    • Rush production for orders with 50 prints or more, is no less than 2 weeks.

  • WEDDING ORDERS:

    • Please allow 3 months to meet, plan, design, change, and complete wedding invitations.

    • Less than 3 months timing is considered a rush order, and final proofs and mailing lists in excel must all be submitted one month before the mailing date.

    • A schedule is sent to the client after a quote is approved and a deposit is received. If any materials are late, there will be a $50 late fee for each week that it is late.

  • PLEASE NOTE: Layout, color, design or paper inspiration samples are welcomed, but your final product will be something completely original. Lauren does not copy other artists’ work or other printed materials found online. Print and proof colors are guaranteed a CLOSE match, but not always a perfect match.

  • Digital download files only (print on your own): Minimum $85 fee depending on how many pieces are created, and how many hours of work is devoted to the artwork. A $45 deposit is required before a proof can be created.

  • Letterpress: prices change with quantity, email for a quote

PRICING AND PAPER - Prices below do not include tax.

  • Standard paper for all printed orders is a “watercolor” textured paper in off-white. Other paper options are available by request such as:

    • textured - cream, pure white, blush

    • smooth/matte - cream, pure white, off-white, various colors

    • cotton - pure white (extra $0.25/card and envelope)

ADDITIONAL PRICING

  • Wax Seal:

    • $1.50/seal (simple flowers, greenery, single initials, etc)

    • Custom seals are an additional $65-85

  • Programs Printed: $1.90-$2.60 depending on type and paper weight

  • Place cards Printed: $1.25/card

  • Menus Printed (5.5x8.5): $1.75/card - other sizes are available

  • Tags Printed:

    • $12/10 tags (rectangle)

    • $14/10 tags (angle cut with ribbon)

    • $14/10 (shaped tags with twine: circle, odd shapes)

    • Laminated luggage tag: $8

  • Printed RSVP card and addressed envelope (as a 3.5x5): $1.75

    • Wedding RSVP card and addressed envelope: $2.50

    • Wedding RSVP insert card: $1.25

  • Hand deckled edges: $0.50 a side (any other hand work like painted edges, etc. is calculated at an hourly rate. Prices vary.)

  • Hand-painted edges: $45 hourly rate, depending on quantity. Typically 5-8 hours.

  • Gold Foil Stamping: additional $0.45/invitation + $185-225 set up fee
